Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

This policy explains how BritishIPTVOne handles personal information when you visit our website, ask a question, purchase a subscription or contact us for support.

This website and service operate under the name BritishIPTVOne. Business location: Central London, United Kingdom.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use our service, the information we receive may include:

  • Your name, email address, telephone number or messaging username.
  • Your selected subscription, order details and payment reference.
  • Messages, screenshots and device or app details you share when requesting help.
  • Technical information recorded through the website, such as your IP address, browser type and device information.

You do not need to send unrelated personal information to receive support. Before sharing a screenshot, cover passwords, full playlist addresses, payment details and private conversations. Playlist links can contain account credentials.

How we use your information

We use relevant information to answer enquiries, confirm payments, provide subscription details and help resolve account or playback problems.

Order and payment records may also be needed to investigate disputed transactions, handle refund requests or meet applicable record-keeping requirements.

We use information needed to answer a requested enquiry, arrange a purchase, deliver access and provide subscription support on the basis of taking steps at your request or performing our contract with you. We rely on legitimate interests to keep relevant customer-service records, protect accounts and investigate misuse, subject to your rights. Where records must be kept by law, we rely on that legal obligation. For optional uses that require consent, we ask first; you can withdraw that consent.

If information is necessary to process an order or investigate a problem, we will explain what is needed. Without it, we may be unable to complete that request.

Payments and receipts

Payment providers handle payments under their own terms and privacy policies. The information they process depends on the payment method you choose.

When we need to identify a payment, share the relevant transaction reference or receipt details. Do not send your card security code, banking password or a full bank statement.

Our payment records may include the payer name, payment method, amount, date, transaction reference and receipt details supplied to us. We use these to match payments to subscriptions, answer order questions and handle refund requests.

Who receives your information

We keep customer information and payment records private. Service providers may handle information to operate our website, process payments, deliver subscriptions and support customers. For sharing beyond these purposes, we will explain why and ask for your permission first, unless disclosure is required by law.

  • Website hosting: Hostinger provides the infrastructure used to deliver the website and may process technical connection and security records.
  • Payments: your chosen payment provider processes the transaction and handles information under its own privacy policy.
  • Account administration: systems used to issue and manage subscription access handle the account identifiers needed to provide that access.
  • Website fonts: the website loads Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request font files, which discloses technical connection information such as your IP address.

These services receive information relevant to their role; this does not give them general access to all customer conversations.

We communicate with customers mainly through WhatsApp, or through Telegram if they prefer. These platforms also process information under their own privacy policies. The same applies to your email provider.

Processing outside the UK: some providers operate internationally, so information handled through their services may be processed abroad. Hostinger sets out contractual safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable, in its Data Processing Addendum. WhatsApp describes processing in countries including the United States and Singapore, and its applicable transfer mechanisms, in its UK Privacy Policy. Telegram describes storage and processing locations in its Privacy Policy.

The handling of technical information for Google Fonts is covered by Google’s Privacy Policy. Contact us if you need information about the providers relevant to your order or enquiry, or the applicable transfer safeguards.

Cookies and website tools

WordPress uses essential cookies when its login features are used, for example to check that a browser accepts cookies and maintain an authenticated session. These are different from advertising or analytics cookies.

We do not currently use an analytics-cookie service on our public pages. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this policy and provide any consent choices required before it is used.

You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking login cookies may prevent sign-in functions from working.

The WordPress test cookie lasts for the browser session. Standard WordPress authentication cookies normally expire after two days, or 14 days when “Remember Me” is selected. Cookies set when you use an external payment or messaging service are governed by that provider’s cookie and privacy information.

How long we keep information

We link your contact details to your Xtream account username so we can identify your subscription and help with account updates or requests for films, series and channels. We also keep relevant order details and conversations to help returning customers and follow up on trial enquiries.

We retain these records until you ask us to delete them or tell us you no longer wish to subscribe. Contact us through email, WhatsApp or Telegram to make a deletion request.

Limited payment or dispute records may need to be kept where required by law or necessary to resolve an outstanding claim. If this affects your request, we will explain what needs to be retained and why.

Protecting your information

The website uses HTTPS to encrypt information sent between your browser and the website. Access to WordPress administration requires an authenticated account. Customer contact details and account identifiers are used to manage subscriptions and support requests.

HTTPS protects the website connection; it does not make every device, message or payment service immune to misuse. Payment and messaging providers operate their own security systems. Keep your login details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on applicable data protection law, you may be entitled to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate details, request deletion, restrict its use or receive a portable copy.

You may also have the right to object to certain uses of your information. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent.

These rights depend on the circumstances. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or deal with a dispute.

Contact us using the options below. We may request limited information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing account information.

You can also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority. For UK data protection matters, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Information relating to children

If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us with enough detail to identify the communication. We will review the information and determine the appropriate action, including deletion where required.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our privacy practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will also notify affected customers directly.
